What is Create AI?
Create AI is a web app for creating fashion images and videos with artificial intelligence, built in Portugal by THE STYLE OFFICE (VAT/NIPC 518921050, Lisbon). It includes Images with digital models and your own avatars, Video (text to video), Photo→Video, Cinematic mode with a storyboard, and an Inspiration section with ready-made templates. It runs in the browser, in Portuguese, English, Spanish, Italian and French.

Fashion brands, stores and e-commerce, showrooms and content creators who need product photos, lookbooks and short social videos without organising a production for every piece. No technical experience needed.
How much does it cost?
Signing up is free and gives you 20 credits, no card needed. After that you buy credit packs from €10 to €1,000 (VAT included, up to 15% bonus) that never expire. An image costs 2 to 4 credits; video costs 4 credits per second at 480p, 8 at 720p and 22 at 1080p. 1 credit is €0.10 in the €10 pack.
What are credits?
Credits are Create AI's currency. Every creation shows its credit cost before you confirm: video costs 4 credits per second at 480p, 8 at 720p and 22 at 1080p; an image costs 2 credits (3 with 1–3 reference photos, 4 with 4 or more); background removal, quality enhancement and the Cinematic storyboard cost 1 credit each. Creating an avatar and “Improve with AI” are free.
Can I use my own face or a real model?
Yes, in “My models”: create an avatar from 3 to 5 photos of a person, as long as it's you or you have their consent. Creating the avatar is free; each image with the avatar costs the normal price (the avatar counts as 1 reference photo).
What is Inspiration?
A section of the app with ready-made templates grouped by theme (Editorial, Runway, Product in studio, Cinematic campaign and Social media). Tapping “Use this template” fills in the right tab — text, photo type, format and, for video, 5 seconds at Test quality. Nothing is generated or charged until you tap Create.
How does Cinematic mode work?
Write your story (up to 10,000 characters) or ask the AI for ideas. Create AI splits the text into scenes with camera direction (storyboard, 1 credit) that you can review, then generates the video at the normal per-second price. You can add up to 6 reference photos: characters, places, clothing or style.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits don't expire while your account and the service are active. There's no subscription and no recurring payment.
How do the 20 free credits work?
When you create an account — free, no card required — you get 20 credits, once per person, to try the app: enough for, e.g., 10 images or one 5-second video at 480p.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by Stripe: credit or debit card, MB WAY, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna, among others (availability may vary by device, country and amount). We never store your card details.
Can I use photos of people?
Yes, as long as it's you or you have the consent of every identifiable person in the photo. Deepfakes and misleading or offensive content about real people are not allowed. See the Terms of Use.
Can I use the videos and images commercially?
Yes. We don't claim rights over what you generate, and you may use it, including commercially, under your own responsibility and subject to the model providers' terms. Before using a result in advertising, check that it doesn't infringe third-party rights.
What if a generation fails?
If a generation fails for technical reasons, the credits are automatically refunded to your account.
Do I need to install anything?
